This court obviously wants to eliminate all of us by giving us guns and letting us shoot it out. Why are conservatives so gung-ho about gun rights and so shy about, say, gay rights? We'd rather arm our gays than marry them off, I guess.
When they decided to actually start thinking about the Second Amendment again after decades of neglect, looks like this Supreme Court was serious. Hot on the heels of 2008's Heller case in which they declared that the Second Amendment does indeed protect an individual right, they have now agreed in their coming season to consider the case of McDonald v.
